Short answer: Travelers arriving in Barbados by air or sea. The form opens 72 hours before your arrival. Save or print the receipts to show on arrival. Cost: The official portal doesn’t list a fee.

How to file

1. Open the official travel form site.
2. Enter passport, flight and address in Barbados.
3. Save the QR code for arrival.
