Short answer: Visitors arriving in Curaçao. Within 7 days before departure. Required for all international visitors. Cost: The official portal doesn’t list a fee.

How to file

1. Open the official DI card portal.
2. Enter passport, flight and lodging details.
3. Save the confirmation for arrival.

Before you go

• The form does not replace your passport. Check that your passport is valid long enough with our validity rules by country.
• Passport expiring soon? Renew first.

Look-alike websites charge “processing” fees for forms that are free or cheaper on the official portal. Type the official address yourself and check the domain before paying.
