Short answer: Travelers entering and leaving the Dominican Republic by air. Before your flight in each direction. The official portal doesn’t state a set window. The customs part is required only for adults 18 and older. Cost: The official portal doesn’t list a fee.

Look-alike websites charge “processing” fees for forms that are free or cheaper on the official portal. Type the official address yourself and check the domain before paying.
